PPC Storm Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Introduction: This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the PPC Storm Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility: To join the PPC Storm Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid, active website or online platform to promote our products/services.
3. Enrollment: To enroll, complete the Affiliate Program signup form. PPC Storm reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate’s participation for any reason.
4. Commissions: Affiliates earn a commission for every sale referred to PPC Storm through their unique affiliate link. The current commission rate is dependent on status, and is detailed within your secure portal. Commission rates are subject to change at PPC Storm’s discretion.
5. Payment: Affiliates are paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $100. Payments are made via Paypal. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees or charges.
6. Cookie Duration: Our cookie duration is 60 days. Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated within this time frame from the initial visit. Last click attribution is applied.
7. Marketing Materials: PPC Storm may provide banners, images, and promotional materials. Affiliates must not modify these materials without written consent.
8. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from: a. Using PPC Storm’s name or branding in misleading advertising. b. Spamming or using unsolicited marketing. c. Engaging in any deceptive or illegal practices. d. Purchasing products through their own affiliate links (self-referrals).
9. Termination: PPC Storm reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation for breach of these Terms, deceptive practices, or inactivity for over 24 months. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
10. Liability Limitation: PPC Storm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits incurred by affiliates or any third party, arising from the Affiliate Program.
11. Changes to Terms: PPC Storm may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware, USA.
